The difference is the "from" price against the "from" price of each type. A specific lot (corner, end lot, facing) has its own price, and I check it with the developer before I quote you. Corner landed lots are priced higher; some are already sold out.
Who can take a Bumi lot
Bumi lots are for Bumiputera buyers. Which lots are open changes, so ask me before you plan around one. Foreign buyers take the standard lots: the Avenia and Elora landed homes are open to foreigners, and Riverhaus units with an SPA price of RM500,000 and above.
How to ask
Every unit card on the project page has an "Ask for Bumi lot special price" link under the Ask button. Send me your preferred type and budget on WhatsApp and I reply with the lots that are open and their prices.
