Who each one suits
- Landed (Aluna, Avenia, Elora): your own home, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, freehold with individual title. The 20' x 70' terrace is the entry point at RM958,000; Elora cluster and semi-D are the bigger step up.
- Riverhaus apartments: a smaller budget, from a RM275,000 studio to a 976 sq ft 3-bedroom. Foreign buyers can take units with an SPA price of RM500,000 and above. Civil servants can apply with LPPSA.
- RiverPoint shoplots: 2.5-storey freehold strata shops for a business or a rental, 3,768 sq ft built-up for the intermediate Type D. See the shoplot card.
Completion and location
Avenia Phase 4A targets completion in 2028; Elora and Riverhaus target 2030. The township sits next to Horizon Hills, on the Iskandar Coastal Highway: about 15 minutes to the JB CIQ and about 15 minutes to Tuas through the Second Link in normal traffic.
